Foundation Names New Excecutive Director

For Immediate Release-- November 20, 2002

The Board of Directors has approved and confirmed the appointment of Mr. Will French as the new Executive Director, to replace Mr. Les L. French, who resigned from the position last July, in order to pursue scholastic interests and his technology business, which impairs him from managing the organization's daily activities.  "Will's technical expertise and knowledge, as well as his desire to assist the Foundation on getting back on a solid financial footing lie at the core of his appointment," stated Mr. Les L. French.  "It is difficult to find energetic people these days who are willing to volunteer time and resources to help others.  Will helped to supply the energy and creativity needed to build a low-cost network to assist individuals in need."

Mr. Les L. French has agreed to remain on as a director, and as President, of the Foundation, until his 3-year term expires in March, 2003.  He co-founded the organization in March, 2000, after a generous donation was made by a public corporation. He recently accepted a position at an Oregon community college, and will be pursuing graduate studies at a local university.
