• First, create your new account.  A status report will be created which will inform you of the status of the account while it goes through the approval process.  The user code you select MUST be lower-case, alpha-numeric characters, minimum 7 characters long, and no longer than 16 characters.  User ID’s not conforming to these rules will not process.
• Write your password down! Since this is an anonymous e-mail account, we cannot identify or contact you if you lose your password!  Passwords must be 7 to 16 alphanumeric characters, and can be upper or lower case.  However, because passwords are case-sensitive, you must match the case you select for each character.
• Allow up to 48 hours for your new account to be approved and activated.  Because we don’t know who you are (and don’t want to know), we have no way to notify you when your account has been set up. Your identity is not linked to the account.
